Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Timber Fencing & Grounds: Fencing repairs, post replacement, and minor ground adjustments.
- Basic Joinery: Door adjustments, timber fixings, hoardings, and site joinery.
- General Snagging: Drywall patching, minor plaster touch-ups, and cosmetic repairs.
- Site Upkeep: Temporary protection works, general site maintenance, and clearance.
Key Requirements
