Clements Young require an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a long-term project in Tilbury. Location: Tilbury Start: Mid-September Duration: Until approximately the end of May 2027, potentially longer Hours: 07:30–17:30 Rate: Negotiable depending on experience The project will initially involve managing an office fit-out before progressing onto shell-and-core works of an industrial building. Duties will include: * Managing daily site activities and procedures. * Overseeing T-card and permit systems. * Acting as the main link between the project team and the principal site-management team. * Coordinating and communicating site information. * Preparing and managing daily reports. * Ensuring site procedures and protocols are consistently followed. * Managing activity across multiple floors during busier stages of the project. Applicants must have: * Previous Electrical Site Manager experience on large-scale industrial projects. * SMSTS * Experience within industrial environments rather than solely commercial construction. * A strong understanding of site permits, T-card systems and daily operational procedures. * Experience managing project documentation and daily reporting. * Familiarity with Blue Book procedures and working practices would be an advantage. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * The ability to work proactively and maintain high procedural standards.
