We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Lead to join our Client's growing marketing team. This is a hands‑on role focused on creating engaging content, growing brand awareness and supporting marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
    • Create and publish engaging content across social platforms
    • Produce short‑form videos, photos and promotional content
    • Write engaging captions and social copy
  • Content Planning
    • Plan and schedule content around campaigns and launches
    • Work with the wider team on marketing activity
    • Suggest fresh content ideas and trends
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage content calendars and daily activity
    • Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track post and campaign performance
    • Use insights to improve engagement and growth
    • Report on key social media metrics
  • Content Organisation
    • Maintain content libraries and assets
    • Assist with basic photo and video editing

About You

  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts
  • Confident creating Reels and short‑form video content
  • Strong photo and video editing skills
  • Understanding of social media trends and engagement
  • Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
