Clements Young Ltd are recruiting for a Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative to join a busy production and warehouse environment in the South Norfolk area. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working in a hands-on environment with machinery support and general warehouse duties, with a focus on keeping production and materials flowing efficiently.
Job Overview
You will be working as part of a production and warehouse team, supporting machine operation, material handling, and general warehouse duties. This is a varied role that combines machine minding / machine support work with warehouse operations. Full training will be provided where needed, but a practical, hands-on approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading machines with materials
- Basic machine minding / monitoring production equipment
- Removing finished products and preparing for dispatch
- Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
- Goods in / goods out processing
- Stock movement and organisation within the warehouse
