Carpenter in Littlehampton

We are seeking a skilled and reliable 2nd Fix Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the second stage of carpentry work ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in carpentry and joinery within a dynamic construction environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with relevant experience Duties * Reading and interpreting designs to meet specifications set by Contractor * Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out carpentry tasks efficiently. * Perform joinery work, including fitting window frames, staircases, timber support - 1st and 2nd fix duties as required * Carry out heavy lifting of materials safely and efficiently around the site. Qualifications * Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, work. * Skilled in fabrication, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools. * CIS / or Umbrella Paye as payment methods * Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. * CSCS Card is essential * Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
