Production Operatives – (NON MEAT) Food Production Near Melton Constable, Norfolk

£12.71 per hour (£14.22 per hour including holiday pay)

Monday to Friday Choose a fixed shift:

  • 6:00am – 3:00pm
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity

Clements Young Norwich is recruiting three Production Operatives to join a busy food production team based near Melton Constable, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment. The roles are temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract subject to performance and attendance.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a three-person production team, carrying out a variety of tasks including:

  • Baking products
  • Cutting and filling products
  • Flow wrapping and packaging
  • Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
  • Working efficiently to meet production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean and organised

Full training will be provided, but you’ll need to be able to learn new processes quickly and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous bakery, food production, catering or factory experience is preferred
  • Good hand speed and excellent attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work well as part of a team

Applications are also welcome from candidates without direct experience who can demonstrate they have the right attitude, dexterity and willingness to learn.
