We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Assistant to join our clients growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the management of online product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are presented accurately, consistently and effectively to customers while helping maintain a high-performing online catalogue.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listings
- Upload and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Create accurate product descriptions, pricing and specifications, manage product categories, variants and collections
- Content & Imagery
- Upload and optimise product images, assist with product photography and image editing
- Ensure listings meet brand and platform standards
- Platform Management
- Update product content, keywords and SEO elements
- Monitor listing health and resolve issues, maintain accurate product and stock information
- Website Maintenance
- Check for listing errors, broken links and incorrect information
- Ensure consistency across all sales channels
- Archive discontinued products when required
- Performance & Reporting
- Monitor product performance and identify improvements
- Review competitor listings and market trends
- Support new product launches and promotional updates
- Data & Administration
- Manage product data using spreadsheets and CSV files
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries
- Support bulk uploads and seasonal catalogue updates
About You
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay or similar platforms (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and managing data
- Basic image editing skills are desirable
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Good understanding of online shopping and e-commerce
- Positive, proactive and comfortable working within a small team
