Clements Young are working with a well-established London based mechanical and building services contractor to recruit a Junior Administrator to join their Document Control team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in administration within the construction and building services sector. Full internal training will be provided.

The Role
Working as part of a small, supportive Document Control team, the Junior Administrator will assist with the day-to-day management and organisation of project documentation while providing general administrative support to the office. This role would suit someone organised, personable, and keen to learn in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with document control and general administrative duties
- Uploading, filing, and maintaining project documentation accurately
- Supporting document version control and distribution
