Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer

The Role
Our client is a well-established, growing company specialising in commercial and residential air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance.
Continued growth means they are looking for an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to join the team.
This is a service-focused role covering planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs across a range of systems, with occasional minor installation work.
You will have a well-organised workload, supportive management and the stability of a steadily growing company.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective, lasting repairs
- Completing planned preventative maintenance visits
- Responding to reactive breakdown calls
- Producing accurate job reports and service documentation
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service
- Working professionally with customers and the office team
- What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an air conditioning service and maintenance engineer
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification - essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - preferred
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
