Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor in Billericay

PositionWe are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to work in our offices in Billericay, Essex.

Qualifications & Expectations

Electrically biased or have a good understanding of electrical small power & lighting, sub‐mains, LV and HV installations.

Spending time working on the tools, although this is not essential.

Data centre experience is preferable but not essential.

Confident and good communication skills.

Ability to assess and understand contracts to establish potential risks.

Ability to evaluate and mitigate risk.

Willingness to travel for infrequent site visits (mainly Europe and the Nordics); may require one or two nights away with travel and accommodation provided by our client.
