Hours: Seasonal work – approx. 3 days per week during spring/summer, reducing during quieter winter months

Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver / Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client. This is a varied role combining delivery driving, warehouse duties and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering goods to customers, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Duties will include:

  • Driving a 7.5T vehicle delivering goods to customers
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift when required
  • Completing delivery paperwork and recording deliveries accurately
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any faults
  • Following all driver hours, working time and health safety regulations
  • Goods in and goods out duties
  • Stock control and maintaining accurate records
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
  • Supporting customers with enquiries and passing information to the relevant teams
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for:

  • Full UK driving licence with valid CPC and Driver Qualification Card
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
