Hours: Monday to Thursday 15:00pm to 12am / Friday 15:00pm to 21:00pm

Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Window Fabricators on behalf of our client based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. Whether you're an experienced fabricator or looking to build a career within manufacturing, this role offers ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Fabricating uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
  • Operating manufacturing machinery and hand tools
  • Assembling frames and fitting hardware
  • Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
  • Reading and working from production orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What we're looking for:

  • Previous manufacturing or window fabrication experience is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good reliability and timekeeping
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Safety boots
  • Own transport is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) £14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift or Evening Shift available
