Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 4:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.24 per hour PAYE

Advanced Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Picker Packers on behalf of our client based in Hethel. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and friendly warehouse team within a fast-paced operation. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are prepared to a high standard and ready for dispatch.

Duties will include:

  • Picking customer orders accurately from order sheets
  • Packing orders ready for dispatch
  • Checking products and orders for accuracy
  • Working to daily targets and deadlines
  • Handling products and carrying out manual tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time
  • Other general warehouse duties as required
  • Heavy Lifting

What we’re looking for:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to follow instructions and work to targets
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Own transport is essential due to the location

Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:45am – 4:00pm No weekend working
