Advanced Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Picker Packers on behalf of our client based in Hethel. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and friendly warehouse team within a fast-paced operation. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are prepared to a high standard and ready for dispatch.
Duties will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately from order sheets
- Packing orders ready for dispatch
- Checking products and orders for accuracy
- Working to daily targets and deadlines
- Handling products and carrying out manual tasks
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time
- Other general warehouse duties as required
- Heavy Lifting
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and work to targets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Own transport is essential due to the location
Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:45am – 4:00pm No weekend working
