Stores person Fareham A well established Engineering company based on the South Coast is currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join their team in Fareham. As Stores Operative you will be solely responsible for the stores department and you will be responsible for; * Picking, collation and presentation of stock parts to the workshop staff for assembly * Ensuring that all Goods-in paperwork is present and correct * Updating systems accordingly for all parts entering and leaving the Stores * Creating packaging and labelling that is required for products to be shipped * Ensure all parts are ready for shipping to include; rustban, sealing, boxing, labelling * You will maintain a clean, tidy and orderly stores department * Dealing with all deliveries to include tube and bar supply * Receiving and checking all goods-in arrivals to specification sheets and delivery notes What you will have; * Previous experience in an Engineering stores environment * You will have an enthusiastic and can do attitude * Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively with the team * Ideally you will have experience of ERP/MRP systems They offer competitive salary circa £28,000 plus 22 days holiday (increasing with Service), Life Assurance, Profit share scheme, Contributory pension
