As an established business for over 27 years, we are currently recruiting for a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant to join our Permanent team in stunning new offices in Waterlooville, where we offer a 37.5 hour working week as well as flexible working hours. We offer a supportive working environment with a defined career path and enhanced benefits package.
You will be working in our team to support on recruiting for a number of different engineering and commercial positions in either the Rail Sector or other engineering companies. You’ll be responsible for candidate sourcing and management to successfully place candidates with numerous existing and new clients.
This is a varied and interesting role which gives you access to the relevant social media channels as well as a comprehensive CRM to allow you to find the best people for the roles you are recruiting for. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for recruitment and drive to succeed while providing first quality candidates and service to our clients. You will have ideally some previous recruitment experience which can be in any sector, however any engineering background would be great.
We offer a negotiable base salary plus placement bonus. Working hours are 9am – 5pm and we offer flexibility on these. We offer 23 days holiday per year which increases with service up to 28 days, plus your birthday off. There is a defined contributory pension scheme as well as Life Assurance 4 x salary, discounted leisure benefits and Healthcare benefits.
