A successful Facilities Management company are currently recruiting for an HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Nottingham. They provide high quality cost effective energy efficient systems and due to growth need an Estimator with some design experience to join the team.
As Estimator you will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects, reviewing project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical systems. You will work closely with design teams to review and optimise system designs.
As Estimator you will:
- Have a strong background in HVAC Cost Estimates for HVAC projects
- Ideally have a relevant qualification in HVAC mechanical services or relevant experience
- Have extensive experience in HVAC and mechanical estimating and understanding of HVAC systems and design principles
- Be proficient in estimating software and spreadsheets
- Be a good communicator and have excellent problem solving skills
