Our client is recruiting for a Static Site Air Conditioning Engineer, based in the Tower of London area. This is working for an established Facilities Management company who have a strong reputation in this sector. The role will be working 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working in a high-end residential building and will carry out all types of HVAC maintenance within these premises. You will work as part of a small team who provide a professional customer facing service.

The ideal person will have:

  • NVQ2 Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of working in a maintenance / building services environment
  • Excellent communication skills
