The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 £ per year.
The role involves carrying out routine PPM tasks and reactive works in commercial and industrial properties. Responsibilities include responding to reactive call outs and fault finding on boilers and heating systems, as well as the installation of new plant and equipment. Participation in an out of hours stand by rota is required (approximately 1 in 14 weeks).
About you: You will hold the relevant Commercial Gas Safe qualifications, certifications, and tickets (Level 3 C&G/NVQ, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICAE1, ICPN1, and TPC1A). You should have experience working in a commercial, field-based role, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a can-do attitude. Great communication skills are essential for dealing with end users and colleagues alike.
