Static Engineer AC Bias £47k - £48k based near Tower of London in a high-end residential block. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The client is also on site, so they need to be a good customer-facing engineer, professional and presentable.
Mobile AC Engineer £45k inside M25. Candidates can live anywhere around London; they have people living in Luton, Essex, Kent, and South London, as long as you're happy to drive into London.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a minimum
- Knowledge of AC equipment like Daikin, Mitsubishi
- Leak testing and working on compressors
- Experience with VRF & VRVs
Generally, only visit 1 site per day, so not in the van for travelling around London all day. Parking will be available at their work locations, all high-end residential. No travel time paid. The van can be used for personal use but not for big journeys.
