Clementine Services provides plumbing, electrical and trade services in the Tyne & Wear area.

We work with domestic and local authority customers and offer long term job security. We are looking to expand our existing team based on several new contracts awarded. Our industry is growing and there are exciting opportunities ahead.

Duties of the Plumber will include:

• Repairing plumbing faults in residential properties.
• Delivering a prompt and reliable service to householders.
• Maintaining good communication with the office team and management.

Our plumbers should be trade competent in the following areas (not all are essential):

• Plumbing (City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Competent in first fix and drainage
• Competent in second fix and finishing work
• Attention to detail is important
• Ability to work confidently on small sites
• Ability to work confidently in customers private homes
• Ability to engage with support team for ordering etc.
• Ability to work in high-end properties
• Good knowledge of health & safety

Essential Requirements for Plumber

• Good standard of work
• 5+ years Experience
• Be able to cover all aspects of plumbing
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Must be willing to learn and continuously improve as a tradesperson
• High standard of communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and take pride in what they do
• Must be a team player
• Hold a full driving licence
• Full & Clear DBS check
