The predicted salary is between 28571 - 37659 £ per year.

Permanent, 37 hours per week (full or part-time applications are welcome), 39 weeks per annum. SCP Points 10 to 13 £27,694.00 to £29,064.00 per annum (pro rota salary range on 37 hours is £23,767.45 to £24,943.21 per annum). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every young person can thrive.

Working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies, you will provide high-quality pastoral support, ensuring that barriers to learning are identified and addressed effectively.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work collaboratively to promote positive behaviour, attendance and safeguarding, while delivering targeted interventions and support that enable students to reach their full potential.
