We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of the North of England and Scotland region. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and promoting Cleenol’s product portfolio to distributors, wholesalers, and end users. This is a field‑based role requiring regular travel across the region, with occasional UK‑wide events.
Key Responsibilities- Grow sales across the North of England and Scotland territory
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Strengthen existing customer relationships through regular contact and account management
- Deliver product demonstrations and on‑site training sessions where required
- Prepare accurate territory plans, sales forecasts, and activity reports
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Cleenol range
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and fulfilment
- Proven track record in field sales, ideally within cleaning, hygiene, chemicals, or facilities management
- Confident, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable managing a wide and diverse geographical area
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel across the region and occasionally nationwide
