Overview
Cleenol Group Ltd is seeking an exceptional Growth Associate to the CEO to work directly alongside the CEO on identifying, developing, and launching new growth opportunities across the business.
This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility role designed for a top graduate who wants to understand how a business grows in practice — across commercial strategy, international expansion, and new venture development.
You will work closely with the CEO across three core growth pillars:
Core Business Growth
Expanding the Cleenol brand across the UK and international markets.
Profit Expansion
Supporting commercial initiatives that improve factory utilisation, margin, and overall profitability.
New Ventures
Developing new opportunities such as Superbubble Sam, a multi-channel children’s entertainment and product brand.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
It is an opportunity to work at the centre of decision-making and learn how to build and grow a business from the inside.
What You Will Be Doing
Growth Opportunity Development
Work with the CEO to identify and evaluate opportunities that can drive business growth.
- Researching new markets, sectors, and export opportunities
- Evaluating partnerships, licensing opportunities, and commercial models
- Conducting competitor and industry analysis
- Preparing structured opportunity briefs and recommendations
- Building simple financial models to assess viability
Commercial & Strategic Support to the CEO
Support the CEO in advancing key growth conversations and initiatives.
- Preparing briefing notes and insights ahead of major meetings
- Developing presentation decks and commercial proposals
- Supporting conversations with customers, distributors, and partners
- Tracking progress of key opportunities and ensuring follow-through
New Venture Development
Support the development and execution of new initiatives, including Superbubble Sam.
- Tracking development timelines and commercial milestones
- Coordinating suppliers, partners, and collaborators
- Supporting launch planning and go-to-market thinking
- Helping ensure momentum is maintained across new projects
Strategic Research & Insight
Continuously identify insights and opportunities that could drive future growth.
Examples include:
- New product or category opportunities
- International expansion routes
- Emerging consumer or B2B trends
- Potential acquisition or partnership targets
First 6 Months
- Support development of structured growth plans across core business areas
- Contribute to the Superbubble Sam business plan and launch preparation
- Build research and analysis for international expansion opportunities
- Establish a clear pipeline of growth opportunities being explored
What Success Looks Like After 2 Years
- Contributed to the launch of multiple growth initiatives
- Supported entry into new markets or commercial partnerships
- Played a key role in the development of new ventures
- Built strong commercial and strategic capability
- Progressed into a commercial or strategic role within Cleenol or beyond
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly capable graduate who is ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to learn.
Required
- Strong academic background (e.g. PPE, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to structure information clearly and think logically
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
