About Clee Hill Plant
With a fleet of over 2,200 items of plant and equipment and employing over 180 staff, we are the largest compaction and surface dressing hire company in the UK. We also provide a general purpose fleet of compact and mid‑range sized construction and materials handling equipment.

The Role
We have a vacancy for a Service Coordinator at our Chesterfield Depot (S41 0JW). Basic hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week). Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the main purpose is to provide efficient and professional administrative support while ensuring full compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Key Duties
- Demonstrate full commitment to the company’s Mission Statement
- Receive calls from customers and arrange for outside fitters to attend
- Maintain contact with customers on the progress and completion of repairs and servicing
- Organise site servicing, including arranging convenient times with customers for attendance
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar administration role and be proficient and confident in using Microsoft Office applications.
