The role Reporting to the Depot Manager, we have a vacancy for a Depot Administrator at our Stoke Depot (ST5 7JZ). Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm. Key Duties: * Administration of Service Records * Day to day management / input of Workshop Call Log * Completion and submission of Warranty Claims * Administration of security devices * Maintain the Rental Management (RM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and ensure relating exception reports are regularly reviewed and updated A full Job Description is available upon request.
