The Role: We have a vacancy for a Plant Administrator based at our Head Office in Chesterfield (S41 0JW). Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week). You are responsible for providing an administrative service to the Plant and Transport Department. Proactively oversee external inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Duties:

  • Generation, review and management of key operational Plant and Transport related reports and information.
  • Manage and monitor the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Telematics systems and associated Diagnostic Equipment communicating with Depots and the Plant and Transport Manager and the OEM as required.
  • Management of Security / Tracking Devices to ensure Company processes are followed liaising with Depots and OEM’s as required.
  • Management and administration of all external Insurance inspections to ensure that all legal obligations are adhered to.

Candidate Profile: Candidates are expected to have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills which are necessary to ensure efficient and high standards of service. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential as well as the ability to interrogate, populate and extract information from OEM database/portals. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good level of proficiency and experience in duties similar to the above in relation to Plant and Transport.
