The Role
Our Go-To-Market engine is growing, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our Revenue Operations. Joining a lean, fast-moving team, you’ll have full scope to assess our current setup, identify friction, and level up our revenue operations. You won’t just be maintaining legacy systems or running routine updates - you’ll have the opportunity to build the infrastructure that directly scales our revenue. This is a full-time hybrid role, with at least 3 days a week in our London office.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and Fix Bottlenecks: Analyze our end-to-end GTM processes, spot inefficiencies, and design solutions that help our Sales team move faster.
- Build and Innovate: Bring fresh ideas such as new tools, AI and best practices from previous roles. You'll think outside the box to introduce high impact workflows and automations to improve sales efficiency and quota attainment.
- Define Modern Ops: Act as a strategic partner to leadership with a clear, well-reasoned view of what top tier revenue operations should look like today.
- Automate and Optimize: Maintain a clean, scalable CRM architecture, automate manual day-to-day tasks, and deliver actionable insights through intuitive dashboards.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Analytical and Solution Oriented: You naturally break complex operational challenges down into clear steps and build data informed solutions to solve them.
- Opinionated on GTM Strategy: You have a strong, informed perspective on how modern revenue teams should operate and aren't afraid to challenge existing processes to drive performance.
- Relentlessly Curious: You love understanding how systems work under the surface and naturally ask "why" before building "how."
- Energized and Growth Minded: You thrive in a high velocity setting where your work has immediate visibility and a direct impact on business growth.
- A Hands On Builder: You love rolling up your sleeves to map processes, build automations, and ship tools that empower sales and rev ops.
Benefits
Financial and Professional Growth
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary package that reflects the impact you make on our growth engine.
- Direct Ownership: Work directly with company leadership to shape and scale how our revenue teams operate.
- Growth Opportunity: Your growth is based on results and the systems you build, not tenure.
- Training and Development: Cledara provides £500 annually for approved training and development.
Life and Wellness
- Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
- Private Medical: Access to private medical insurance through BUPA.
- Health and Fitness: Access to a corporate ClassPass account, an onsite gym, and free entry to all gyms within the Fora network.
Culture and Environment
- Supportive Environment: We provide the autonomy, and resources you need to build great things.
- Great Tech: Work with top tier hardware and software, including a company provided Apple MacBook.
- Vibrant Office: Our modern workspace is a stone's throw from Spitalfields Market, featuring an onsite gym, rooftop terrace, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary fruit, snacks, tea, and coffee.
