Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labour hours.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Lead toolbox talks & conduct risk assessments.
- Ability to read & adhere to construction drawings.
- Ability to perform on commercial projects as part of an experienced team.
The Ideal Person:
- 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role or similar position within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
