Full Time
Fibre Gang Leader
Ashford, Kent (field-based) £35,000-£42,000
Lead a fibre installation gang on FTTP and backhaul projects across Kent. Responsibilities include daily team management, quality sign-off and client liaison. NRSWA Supervisor card required.
Experienced civils operative for duct installation, chamber builds and reinstatement. CSCS card holder with NRSWA Operative qualification. Mini-digger licence preferred.
Chapter 8 qualified TM operative for deployment on telecoms and utility works. Must hold valid LTTP/CSTT qualification and be comfortable with complex multi-site schemes.
No experience necessary - we'll train you from the ground up. Must be physically fit, hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to work outdoors in all conditions. CSCS card beneficial.
All initial training, CSCS cards and NRSWA qualifications paid for by Clearway. We invest in your development.
Company Van
Directly employed staff receive a company van with fuel card for work use. Tracked and maintained.
Competitive Pay
Market-rate salaries reviewed annually. Overtime available on major programmes. CIS or PAYE arrangements.
