Clearway Disposals is seeking to appoint a Weighbridge Administrator to join the business on a permanent contract of employment based at our site in Lisahally Derry.

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Location: Lisahally Derry

Core hours: Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm. Must be flexible for rotational Saturday work 8am - 1pm.

Competitive rate of pay will be offered to the right candidate. Rate of pay will be discussed at interview stage.

Role: This role will impact on the success of the company by ensuring that all vehicles are weighed in/out across the weighbridge with the appropriate documentation.

Duties:

  • Ensure all vehicles access and egress site premises in line with the standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained when logging vehicle and load details.
  • Dockets & associated paperwork are generated as required and issued in line with the standard operating procedures.
  • It would be advantageous but not essential to have knowledge of metal recycling ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
  • High levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Telephone calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality of business information
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
