Clearway is the fastest growing provider of vacant property security and environmental services in the UK. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Void Property Inspector to join our growing in-house Void Property team located in Bristol and the surrounding areas. The role will include visiting vacant properties to conduct scheduled comprehensive insurance compliance inspections, using our in-house developed inspections application.
We pride ourselves on providing our clients with detailed inspections which consist of a 32-point checklist and photographs focusing on building integrity, highlighting areas such as property damage, security risks, maintenance requirements and meter readings. Communicating with the office to escalate where findings could potentially lead to serious issues is a key element to providing the highest level of service and enables us to recognise opportunities for repairs and improvements which can be provided by other teams at Clearway.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a property inspector, mobile patrol/response officer, or in a related role is preferred
- Experience in a role that requires travel/driving is preferred
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and remain motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with current technology and the use of smart phones
- Flexible attitude to work
- Clean, full driving license
The role will be based from your home address, with travel required around the surrounding region. Occasional travel will be required to our Northwest England office in Runcorn.
