Using the company's in-house inspections application, the role ensures accurate completion of a comprehensive 32-point checklist, supported by photographic evidence, to assess property condition, building integrity, and potential risks. The inspector plays a key role in safeguarding vacant properties by maintaining accurate records, reporting issues promptly, and escalating risks that could result in damage or non-compliance.
