Clearway Environmental Services is a leading provider of vacant property security and environmental clearance services.

We are seeking a Multiskilled Labourer to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis based out of our Erith office.

Purpose of the Role

As a Multiskilled Labourer with Clearway Services, your duties will involve working both indoors and outdoors, deglazing and re-installing original doors and windows, installing security as required, building wooden framework, installing Heras fencing, and installing temporary alarms.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Hands-on and willing to undertake multiple tasks across commercial properties covering both internal and external areas.
  • Basic carpentry skills desirable but full training will be given.
  • Confident, personable with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work on call when required and be available for occasional UK travel outside of your dedicated working area, with overnight stays if required.
  • Full UK driving licence (minor points considered).
  • Transit/Sprinter van experience would be beneficial.
  • Minimum one years\' commercial driving experience.
  • Reliable, honest, polite with a good sense of humour.
  • Commitment and a willingness to work hard.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure.
  • A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card – desirable.
