We provide battery health testing, EV diagnostics and real-world EV insights to consumers, dealers and enterprise partners across the UK. Our technology is helping bring transparency and trust to one of the fastest-growing areas of the automotive industry. We're now looking for an Operations Executive to join the team and help support our growing customer and dealer base. ## One day you might be helping a customer understand their battery health report, the next supporting a dealer with a diagnostic test, managing hardware shipments, or helping improve an internal process. Helping troubleshoot issues relating to EV diagnostic testing and reports - Monitoring and responding to support inboxes - Assisting with preparation, dispatch and inventory management of diagnostic hardware kits - Supporting dealer onboarding and account management activities - Following up on outstanding invoices and helping maintain strong payment discipline - Supporting wider operational and administrative activities as the business grows ## Previous experience in customer support, operations, customer success, administration or account management would be beneficial, but attitude, adaptability and problem-solving ability are more important than direct industry experience. ## Join one of the UK's fastest-growing EV technology businesses - Help shape how consumers and dealers buy and sell electric vehicles - Gain exposure across operations, customer success, technology and commercial functions -
