We are recruiting a Social Media and Telesales Marketer for Clearwater Wealth Management, part of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, one of the UK’s most successful wealth management companies. This is more than a sales role—it could be an opportunity to pursue long-term career ambitions, with full training to progress into financial adviser sales support and eventually become a financial adviser. Role overview Working as part of a highly productive and successful team, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging with prospects through the firm\’s social media platforms which generate warm sales leads. This role is particularly suited to someone with some experience in the financial services industry who is seeking a fresh opportunity with strong career prospects. It is a full-time, in office, self-employed position with a competitive rate of pay. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to complete your CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS). Following this, you may be invited to support existing Financial Advisers within the firm, alongside your marketing role, to develop a range of financial advice support skills. This experience could ultimately pave the way for transitioning into a Financial Adviser role. We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious candidate who can work alone, and as part of a team. Personal requirements: · Excellent telephone manner: Clear, confident and polite telephone manner keen to pick up the telephone and talk to prospective clients with ease · Natural sales flare, keen to establish relationships and excel in the role · Minimum education level: A ‘Level (or equivalent) · Computer literate · Able to use own initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment · High level of accuracy and attention to detail · Enthusiastic and willing to learn Additional Information · For the right candidate, there will be a realistic OTE of £30k+ per annum, with a guaranteed base salary. · Location: Moorgate, London (EC2V) · Hours of work: Full time (40 hours a week)
