Led by Peter Winstanley, one of CWM's owners and most successful advisers, we offer an outstanding environment for ambitious financial professionals looking to develop and succeed.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced Financial Adviser
- Minimum 18 months advising experience
- Salary negotiable based on experience

- From £50,000 basic salary – negotiable
- 50% IAF on all new business written – paid monthly
- Annual salary reviews linked to FUM growth & management

- Full back office and systems training from our T&D Team
- Bi-weekly 1:1s with the Team Leader
- Bi-Weekly 1:1s with the Operations Manager
- 4 team training sessions per week
- CPD sessions
- Dedicated PSS support once the level of client base requires this
