Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking to join a firm where protection is a valued part of holistic financial planning?
Clearwater Wealth Management is seeking a motivated Protection Adviser to join our growing Employed Adviser Team (EAT). You'll work alongside Financial Advisers across the business, helping clients protect their families, incomes and businesses through tailored protection solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection.
- Conducting fact-finds, needs analysis and suitability assessments.
- Working closely with Financial Advisers to identify protection opportunities.
- Managing cases through to completion while maintaining excellent client outcomes.
- Liaising with providers and underwriters to secure appropriate cover.
- Ensuring all advice and documentation meet FCA and compliance standards.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and professional colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 18 months' experience providing regulated protection advice
- Strong knowledge of protection products and underwriting
- Relevant industry qualifications (CII or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering positive client outcomes
