Our client, an established financial services company, is currently recruiting a Business Card and Fraud Specialist to join their Card team. The Business Card and Fraud Specialist will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our existing Card offering, developing our clients' future plans and managing the fraud risks of both clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Card Team colleagues, and other business areas, providing SME knowledge on cards and fraud
- Maintain active contact with our Customer Service Teams to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with our Financial Intelligence Team to develop and deliver effective fraud mitigation
- Monitor and maintain effective tools for the prevention of fraud
Skills Required:
- Card industry experience, ideally relating to card issuing
- Keen to positively challenge and enhance existing products and services
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Knowledge of fraud typologies
- Strong communication skills
