We are supporting a large UK-wide organisation with the recruitment of a UX Designer.
This role is a full-time permanent position based south of Birmingham, with office visits required only 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities for the UX Designer:

  1. Working closely with internal teams to turn requirements into designs
  2. Working across a variety of internal systems, focusing on Procurement, HR & Accounts
  3. Conducting thorough user research
  4. Creating user journeys and wireframes
  5. Managing prototypes and continuous improvement, ensuring all systems are accessible and easy to use

Key Skills for the UX Designer:

  1. Experience with user engagement and workshops is essential for success in this role
  2. Ability to articulate confidently
  3. Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  4. Ideally, experience with B2B systems
