Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. The Senior Finance Manager will work at a strategic level, as well as being hands on, implementing finance process improvements, controls and processes. The Senior Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing 3 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Manager:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as billing, AP invoicing, and all other transactions for the company.
- Verify revenue completeness and complete profitability analysis as per customer and segment.
- Validate the signed fixed contract with Customers and invoice management.
- Manage, oversee, and act as backup for processing all of the following transactions: payroll, accounts payable, revenue and expense, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations.
- Internal control review, manage internal financial systems and ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place.
- Developing and managing financial systems/models and pricing review.
- Responsible for oversight of all financial activities for various lines of business including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
- Leading project financial review with senior managers and monthly PO review meeting with procurement analyst.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial results and management accounting towards forecasting with suggesting financial strategy.
- Lead on the Company's Annual report and statutory accounts to ensure they are prepared accurately on time and approved by the external Auditors.
- Identifying improvements to current processes and applying/implementing them including segregation of duties and corporate governance.
Key Experience for the Senior Finance Manager:
- Experience: finance & accounting: 7-10 years.
- Proven effective leadership and management skills.
- Experience in tax-related duties.
- Solid understanding of financial statement risks and assertions, including finance systems.
- Good technical knowledge of IFRS.
- Fluent in English & preferable in Korean.
