Overview
Our client, a forward-thinking Engineering technology company, is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their coordination team for a 6 Month FTC. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for contacting our client\’s Connects portfolio of commercial customers to arrange installation appointments including exchanges, maintenance and new connections.
This role will be a 6 Month Fixed term contract
Responsibilities
- Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers within your region considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
- Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer queries in relation to appointment booking, via telephony and email
- Responding to general customer enquiries according to the requirements of customer contracts
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years experience in Coordination/Scheduling – desirable but not essential
- Keyboard/Personal computer skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken communication
