Our client is currently recruiting for a Digital Print Operator on a permanent basis to be based in Redhill. Working as part of the production team, the role involves operating large format printers, laminators and cutting equipment, ensuring all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while meeting customer deadlines. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement. This role will be based on site in Redhill, Monday to Friday, 07:45am to 4:45pm Key Responsibilities for the Digital Print Operative Operate large format digital printers to produce high-quality signage and graphic solutions. Set up and prepare print jobs using workflow systems and production software. Print onto a variety of materials including self-adhesive vinyl, rigid substrates and roll-fed media. Monitor print quality throughout production. Ensure all jobs are produced accurately to specification and customer requirements. Operate laminating equipment including roller-bed and automated laminators. Plot, cut and finish printed graphics. Mounting, trimming, and applying. Support dispatch where required Carry out daily machine maintenance and cleaning procedures. Assist in coordinating servicing and preventative maintenance. Ensure machinery is operated safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidance.Key Skills and Experience for the Digital Printer Operator Experience within a large format print, signage or graphics production environment. Large format print operation, quality control, attention to detail, organisation, teamwork, problem solving and health & safety awareness.
