Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Engineer will be working in the London area, completing maintenance and services on various gas appliances in the Commercial space. The Maintenance Engineer must have proven commercial experience and proven Gas qualifications.
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance activities in line with company maintenance schedules
- Repair and reinstatement of commercial plant
- Ensure maintenance system records are kept up to date, ensuring accurate and secured records
- Good communication with the team
- Attend reactive call-outs to sites
- Completion of fault finding and repairs to commercial gas boilers and other equipment
- Take part in an on-call rota
Skills Required for the Maintenance Engineer:
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer or similar
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience with maintenance and repairs on commercial gas boilers
- Commercial gas registration including TPCP1 and BMP1
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
