Our client, an established media and publishing, events company, is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their Business Development team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships using a consultative approach and pitch integrated marketing solutions from the portfolio to existing and new clients.
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for clients operating within the professional services market in conjunction with the commercial director.
- Ensure maximum revenue generation and maximum yield through price management, with the aim of exceeding budgets and forecasted revenues.
- Drive and contribute to new product development initiatives aimed at generating growth from new, audience appropriate, revenue sources.
Skills Required:
- A solid proven background within Sales.
- Experience within a Media sales role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on own initiative and offer a pro-active problem-solving approach.
- Strong communication skills.
