Clearwater People Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Retention) for a 6-month maternity cover to lead the customer retention strategy and drive customer lifetime value across individual, corporate, and intermediary audiences.
The role includes developing and delivering the retention strategy across onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and dormancy, partnering with product and digital teams to support new launches, and owning retention performance metrics while line-managing a team.
