Our client, a market-leading commercial services company, is currently recruiting a Workshop Operative to join their workshop team. The Workshop Operative will be responsible for diagnosing faults, refurbishing components and quality checking a range of commercial machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing faults with pipework, wiring looms, interfacing parts, motors, wiring cables and ensuring a manufacturer standard level of repair is adhered to.
- Refurbishing components such as water pumps, grinder assemblies and carousel assemblies.
- Quality checking and adjusting components or assemblies against required specification.
- Carrying out a broad range of preventative maintenance tasks, refurbishing components, making sure all equipment is left in good working order.
Skills Required:
- Previous Workshop experience is desired.
- Strong communication skills.
