Our client is currently recruiting for an ER Consultant on a 3-month contract with experience of working across high volume redundancy programmes. The ER Consultant will have a background in people change projects with strong experience of interpreting Employment Law.
The ER Consultant will partner with Senior and Regional Managers to support and manage volume redundancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with Regional Managers in implementing a volume redundancy process
- Advising and supporting managers across the redundancy and consultation process
- Interpreting Employment laws and ensuring the correct policies and procedures are being followed
- Previous experience of working on volume redundancies
- ER focus background with change management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of employment Law
