Our client is seeking a Bid Writer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Bid Writer will handle a busy workload and act as a mentor to the Bid Coordinator. The role offers opportunities for growth within the company and plays a key part in its success.
Key Responsibilities for the Bid Writer:
- Manage and develop the company's knowledge bank for bid writing, presenting new content for potential reuse.
- Support and coach the existing Bid Coordinator.
- Analyze tender content, research, and orchestrate responses from all disciplines to formulate suitable responses.
- Prepare written editorial content for case studies, brochures, award submissions, marketing materials, event invites, and client handouts.
- Interview internal team members to develop technical information for bid content.
- Develop clear, well-written bids from researched responses, conveying operational, technical, and commercial solutions.
- Deliver contract-winning bids through effective bid writing and coordination.
- Identify and rework existing pre-written content where relevant.
Skills Required for the Bid Writer:
