Our client, a forward-thinking Engineering technology company, is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their coordination team on permanent basis. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for contacting our client’s Connects portfolio of commercial customers to arrange installation appointments including exchanges, maintenance and new connections. Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers within your region considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand. Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer queries in relation to appointment booking, via telephony and email Responding to general customer enquiries according to the requirements of customer contracts Key Skills & Experience for the Service Coordinator Essential Up to 2 years experience in Coordination/Scheduling – desirable but not essential Keyboard/Personal computer skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Strong written and spoken communication Please apply as directed!
