Job Description
We are supporting a busy and growing organisation to recruit for a Senior IT Technician. This role is based on site 5 days per week in their office in Carlisle.
Due to the client's location you will need a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior IT Technician: – Supporting with project work such as M365 migrations, SharePoint access, on prem to cloud migrations – Technical Support for the VOIP systems – On site & Remote support to client base of 400 – Helpdesk & incident management Key Skills for the Senior IT Technician: – Experience as a senior IT Technician – Previous experience with migrations, ideally on prem to cloud – Working knowledge of Azure and Intune Please apply as directed!
